Hello Around the World is a celebration of connection, culture, and the many ways we greet one another.
Originally designed for a multilingual school community, this pattern brings together hand-lettered greetings from languages spoken across the globe, each paired with motifs inspired by the artistic traditions and visual rhythms of their cultures. From geometric textiles to symbolic patterns, every element reflects a distinct voice—woven together into a unified whole.
Rendered in a warm gold palette, the design balances structure and movement, creating a composition that feels both grounded and expansive. The repeating forms echo the idea that while languages may differ, the impulse to connect is universal.
This pattern is an invitation—to notice, to honor, and to celebrate the richness of human expression. Whether used in the home, classroom, or everyday objects, it carries a simple message: there are many ways to say hello, and each one matters.
